Our staff regularly visit and risk assess all our projects and activities overseas. We notify local Embassies and High Commissions of your presence in country. We have permanent overseas staff who are on call 24 hours a day. We provide you with an online Travel Centre full of information about your destination and how to stay safe abroad. We have experienced Travel Advisors to help you prepare for you trip. We meet you at the overseas airport and put you through comprehensive inductions and local orientations. We have 24 hour emergency back up in the UK, 365 days a year, and train our staff in emergency response and crisis management. We even keep copies of your essential travel information which can be accessed online anywhere in the world, including flights details, insurance policies, medical conditions and next of kin. So, you can see that quite a lot goes into making sure you are kept safe and secure while away. This peace of mind for you and your family is priceless.
Financial Security
We comply with the Package Travel Regulations Act 1992 to ensure all monies paid to us are protected. This includes safeguarding funds in separate client accounts before departure. We also adhere to the strict codes of conduct and financial guidelines set down by a number of leading travel associations such as the Year Out Group. All flights arranged through STA Travel, our personal booking service, are also fully ATOL protected.
