Volunteering – Coach sports to kids from disadvantaged communities around the world. Run football coaching session in the barrio communities in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Train & Play – Take you game to next level and train with academies and local teams overseas. Build on your rugby skills whilst training and playing with a premier club in Brisbane, Australia.

Courses & Qualifications – Get qualified in sports overseas on one of our professional courses. Become a qualified snowboard instructor on the slopes of Fernie, Canada.

Internships & Work Experience – Gain valuable work experience abroad to kick-start your career in sport. Work as a sports physiotherapist for a top football club in Accra, Ghana.

University Deferrals

Many people finish their time at school or college and then it dawns on them that they need a bit of time out before heading straight into university life. If this applies to you then there are ways for you to not give up your university place, and to also embark on your sports trip of a lifetime.

Many universities are very happy to accommodate those looking to defer their place to start the following year, which will give you well of 12 months to do something new and exciting in the world of sport. 

Universities often appreciate and support gap years and travel experience, especially if you are travelling overseas to do something constructive. Gap year sports travel will give you time to mature and grow as an individual before furthering your education, as well as giving you that added conversation started when you arrive at your new university digs.
