Sport & Multi Sport

Sport & Multi Sport programme for 9 - 14 year olds
Your chosen sport in the morning, followed by multi sport in the afternoon. Three hours of personalised coaching and competitive match play every morning in your chosen sport followed by an opportunity to try two different multi sports every afternoon. This improves hand eye co-ordination, whilst keeping enthusiasm for your chosen sport by avoiding overkill. The emphasis is very much placed on trying something new and having fun!

This programme provides an introduction to a wide variety of sports in a fun and innovative environment while always encouraging interest developing individual skills and improving fundamental movement skills.

Sports Camps Programme

Sporting Opportunities sports include:

Golf, Tennis, Rugby, Cricket, Soccer, Hockey, Basketball, Netball, Swimming, Dance, Surfing, Squash, Softball, Volleyball, and Waterpolo.
 

Developing Sporting Ability

The Sport and Multi Sport programme is aimed at developing sporting ability. All players are assessed at the beginning of each week and placed into relevant ability coaching groups. An experienced senior head coach directs all sports coaching, assisted by a team of coaches. Coaching received covers all aspects of the sport, developing individual skills. Each week finishes with a relevant tournament and testing for all participants.
